Please use this page as a guide when submitting your Newsletter Advertisement.

Instructions: To place an order for advertising in the NJTMA newsletter simply decide on the size and call us at 973-882-3880 or send an email to njtma@njtma.com.

A 50% deposit is required with your order for advertising space, mailed to the above address and payable to NJTMA. If the order is cancelled before the closing date for the specified issue, your deposit will be returned less a 15% processing fee. NJTMA reserves the right to reject any advertising order or to refund payment in lieu of publication.

Agreement:
Ads must be electronically submitted to njtma@njtma.com as Word or Powerpoint or Acrobat or picture (jpg, tif, bmp) files. Picture files must have a resolution of at least 150 dpi. Ad must be two color (orange and black) similar to the Newsletter, or converted to grayscale. Files larger than 3 Mb must be provided by CD. If you are using non-standard fonts, please include them and be sure ad sizes meet the specifications noted below. Digital material not conforming to these specifications or requiring adjustment may incur additional charges. Any additional charges will be estimated prior to ad insertion commitment. NJTMA is not responsible for advertiser or agency-supplied materials received in damaged, corrupt or defective form or delays created by this kind of problem. Advertising is offered on a "space available" basis, and existing advertisers are offered first right of refusal on current location. Design and layout services are available at extra charge. Pricing guaranteed only on a per order basis. NJTMA will include advertiser's advertisement (if accepted) in the issue specified, so long as advertisement materials are received by closing date and these ad requirements are met, subject to the publisher's best efforts to publish in a timely manner. Publisher's liability is strictly limited to amount received from advertiser for that specific ad.

Sizes of Newsletter Ads:
Business Card size, $50 - 3.75" wide by 2" high
Quarter Page size – $80 – 3.75" wide by 4.75" high
Half Page vertical size – $140 – 3.75" wide by 9.5" high
Half Page horizontal size - $140 – 7.5" wide by 4.75" high
Full Page size - $250 - 7.5" wide by 9.5" high
